Users can have AI-powered conversations to explore and learn from creator content. The Service includes features such as creator discovery, chat-based interactions, and content search capabilities.

User Accounts

Registration

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You may register using an email and password or through a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google, GitHub). You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Subscriptions & Payments

CreatorMind.ai offers subscription-based plans with varying features and usage limits:

Plans & Billing

We offer a free trial period and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, and Business). Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any computer systems or networks
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Abuse, harass, or send harmful content through the platform
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our authorization
  • Circumvent any usage limits, rate limiting, or access controls

Intellectual Property

The CreatorMind.ai platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI technology, is owned by CreatorMind.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. YouTube creator content used within the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective creators. Our Service provides AI-generated summaries and responses based on publicly available creator content, which does not transfer ownership of that content.

Important: AI-generated responses on CreatorMind.ai are synthesized from publicly available YouTube content and are not direct quotes or official statements from the creators. Responses may contain inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or outdated information. CreatorMind.ai is not affiliated with or endorsed by any YouTube creator unless explicitly stated. Always verify important information by consulting the original creator content directly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorMind.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
